The organization uses three commissions for the implementation of it's objectives:
- The Commission of the Clinical Specialty CCS,
represents the concerns and interests of specialists allergology and clinical immunology in all concerned.
- The Commission of Laboratory Diagnostics CLD, represents the concerns and interests of clinical immunological in laboratory diagnostics.
- Commission of Experimental Immunology CEI, represents the concerns and interests of the immunological basic researchers.
