About us

Bringing together scientists, diagnostic laboratory specialists and physicians the Swiss Society for Allergology and Immunology (SSAI) plays a pioneering role in multidisciplinary biomedical progress. We establish new treatment methods and aim for scientific and medical excellence in our field. Our main tasks are to promote quality, research, education and collaboration by supporting our members and participating in national and international organizations.

Sanofi Innovation Award 2024:
Novel Approaches in Type 2 Inflammation
With this award, Sanofi supports residents and senior physicians who are clinically active in allergology/clinical immunology in Switzerland and whose translational scientific work deals with the topic of type 2 inflammation and related diseases.The award is endowed with CHF 10’000 and is intended for the execution of a scientific project.
